Birthday parties and other private parties may be scheduled at The Studio during open studio times as well as closed times. Any party schedule during “non open” times requires a $150.00 minimum for the group. Listed are some of the many options to choose from when planning your party.

 

BIRTHDAY PARTY OPTIONS:

"A-LA CARTE" - Simply call to reserve your table and project during our open times.  Cake and presents may be brought in and can be enjoyed at your table.  No limit or extra charge, just pay per party guest that attends. Ceramics, beading and glass fusion available for a-la carte parties.  More than 10 guests will require reservation of party room (see below).  A - la - carte parties must be scheduled during drop in studio time (Thursday 10am - 5pm, ladies nights, Fridays 10am - 5pm and Saturdays 10am - 5pm)

BASIC PACKAGE:  $150.00 - Enjoy a private room for your project as well as for your cake and presents.  Choose from a ceramics project (small figurine, tile, switch plate, desert plate or mug) or beading ( bracelet or beaded bookmark). Table coverings and invitations included.  Up to 10 guests.  $10 for any additional guests.  No restrictions on day or time (staffing permitting)   

BASIC PLUS:  $175:  Includes all things included in Basic Package.  Upgrade your projects in ceramics and beading.  Glass fusion, bottle lights, stepping stones and mosaic projects available in this package.  Personalized birthday mug for birthday child.  Up to 10 guests.  $12 each additional guest.

DELUXE PACKAGE:  $200  - Includes everything from basic packages plus Postcard invitations and thank-yous, napkins, utensils, and ceramic birthday plate signed by party guests. Up to 10 guests.  $12 each additional guest.

PREMIUM PACKAGE:   $250  - Choose a custom project or an upgraded project in: ceramics, beading, mosaics or glass fusion (call for specific projects available).  Uncludes all items in Deluxe package as well as juice boxes, paper plates and goodie bags.  Up to 10 guests.  $15 each additional guest.

Beading

The Studio is currently expanding the beading section. We will be offering a wide range of beads and findings for you to choose from. Parties can enjoy creating beaded bookmarks, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, as well as try their hands at wire bending. 

Bottle Lights

Create your own decorative night light!  

Soaps and Bath Salts 

Have your own little “spa party”! Create hand-made scented soaps, bath bombs, fizzing bath salts and body scrubs.

Stepping Stones

Create beautiful stepping stones for your garden or yard! The Studio offers a variety of glass, tiles, stones, and stamps that will help you create a unique stepping-stone.

Cost: starting at $15.00 per guest

Ceramics

We offer a variety of Bisque for you to choose from. Pieces may be completed with kiln fired glazes or acrylic paint

*Glass Fusion

Try your hand at glass cutting and fusing. Using specially ordered fusible glass, you can create one of a kind glass pendants, plates, coasters, wall art, and vases. This will be a truly unique project for your group.

Cost:  starts at $15.00 ( special  party price for 18 yrs and under)   $30.00 for adults

*Clay (booked as private class - not for birthday parties due to time requirement)
Hand-build your own vase, plate, platter, bowl or sculpture with clay. This is a fun experience that many adults have not had since grade school.

Cost: $35.00 (includes clay, glazing and two firings)

COSTUM PARTY

DOES YOUR GROUP HAVE A SPECIAL THEME OR INTEREST?  HAS YOUR CHILD DONE SOMETHING IN ONE OF OUR CAMPS OR CLASSES THAT HE OR SHE WOULD LIKE TO DO AGAIN?  WE WILL CREATE A SPECIAL PROJECT FOR YOUR PARTY. Cost:  Determined by project
